What is Instagram?

Instagram is a photo sharing app for your mobile device that makes it easy to snap photos and apply filters to create great looking photos.

What happens when I sign in with Instagram?

We connect to your Instagram account using the Instagram API. Once logged in, you will need to authorize Kanvess.com to load your photos.

What size/shape are the actual prints?

We print your Instagram photos just the way you see them. Perfect little 3x3 inch squares. We add a small white border to the print to give it that snapshot look.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum order is 6 prints. There is no maximum order - so go crazy!

Are Kanvess prints printed in the USA?

Yes. We print, cut and ship every single print in house from our studio in downtown Knoxville, TN.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we sure do! We ship using USPS First Class International mail.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

It's our pleasure to offer free shipping on all orders over 100 prints. Unfortunately, we can only offer free shipping within the USA.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We do our best to print and ship your order within 1-2 days after receiving it. It should arrive via USPS 2-5 days later. Orders shipped internationally can take up to 10-14 days to arrive.

Can I order prints from other Instagram users?

No. Although it would be nice to print some of the amazing photos on Instagram, because of privacy and copyright issues, you can only order prints from your own Instagram account.

What is your refund policy?

If your order is incorrect or damaged or if we have made a mistake in any way, we will be happy to issue a full refund minus shipping & handling. Please mail your return order to us and we will quickly process the refund.
